By accessing and using Fleeter.ai's web platform and iOS application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Fleeter.ai provides:

• Web-based booking and dispatching software
• iOS mobile application for fleet management
• Customer portal and booking system
• Driver management and payroll tools
• Analytics and reporting features
• API access (on applicable plans)

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Maintaining accurate account information

Subscription terms:

• All plans include a 1-month free trial
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your plan
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Refunds are available within 30 days of initial subscription

Additional terms for iOS app usage:

• App Store purchases are subject to Apple's Terms of Service
• Refunds for in-app purchases must be requested through Apple
• App requires iOS 14.0 or later
• Some features require internet connectivity
• Push notifications can be disabled in device settings

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to compete with Fleeter.ai

Your data privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of your data and can export or delete it at any time.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Fleeter.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription through your account settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your access will cease at the end of the billing period
• Data export is available for 30 days after termination
